Tioga Pass closed temporarily at 6:00pm, Tuesday, October 8 due to a snowstorm forecast to begin Wednesday morning. The National Park Service will reopen the road as soon as possible when conditions are safe—we do not anticipate that this closure will close the road for the whole winter season.
