The complete list of all the Mono Lake Committee’s 2015 Field Seminars is now available online here. Registration opens at 9:00am on Sunday, February 1st.

We’re very happy to announce the return of the wildly popular Miwok-Paiute Basketry field seminar, and Woodpeckers of the Mono Basin returns as well, by popular demand.

We have two brand-new seminars this year: Music & Ecology in the Mono Basin and Mono Basin Natural History: Aquatic & Terrestrial Habitats. In addition, the popular Mono Basin Mammals field seminar has a twist—it’s designed for kids!

We’ve brought back other favorite topics, like moonlight photography, geology, field journaling, Mono Basin “plumbing” tours, watercolors, historical tours, and more.

Our popular expert instructors include Terri Geissinger, Greg Reis, Steve Shunk, David Wimpfheimer, Richard Potashin & Nancy Hadlock, Greg Stock, Lucy & Julia Parker, and many more of your favorite folks. Welcome to Cole & Priscilla Hawkins, our two newest seminar instructors!

If you have any questions, you can check the list of frequently asked questions, email me, or call (760) 647-6595. I hope to see you at Mono Lake for a Field Seminar this year!
