The snow is really coming down in Lee Vining—we measured ten inches here at the bookstore at 2:45pm. It’s so great to see it all piling up, knowing that it’s more water for Mono Lake! We hope it’s the start of a very snowy winter.
This storm has closed several mountain passes and chains are required on roads that are still open. Please check road conditions and travel safe if you’re out driving today!
