Notes on Nov. 29, 2000

Gusts to 55mph on Paoha Island at 6am. Noticed the dust, among worst I've seen, at around 9am. WebCam pictures didn't show the dust at 9am very clearly when I looked, however it was similar to what it looked like at 11:30am.
